It is said that growing teenagers are always in a difficult place. A statement very true and reflective of those individuals who are slowly blossoming into young adults. The average teen faces many dilemmas mostly with identity, body image issues, social acceptance, peer validation and bullying.
The root for almost all teenage angst lies in low self-confidence and esteem. A self-confidence kit labelled with step- by- step instructions would be a godsend for the struggling teen and the worried parent.
Yoga is universally known to bring about clarity and boost self-confidence levels. Practising Yoga first and foremost builds self-love, releases endorphins, helps focus and concentration. This is in addition to the many benefits a teenager experiences, Yoga can truly be termed ‘a teen’s self-confidence kit.’
